Return & Exchange

• If you want to return or exchange the product, inform us within 5 days of product delivery by writing us at elfinderma@gmail.com with your order number in the subject.
• Ship the product to our store at 88/C, 3rd Floor, 11th Commercial Street DHA Phase-2 Extension Karachi.
• Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
• We will process your return within 7 working days of receiving the return shipment.
• In case of refund, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at elfinderma@gmail.com).

Note:

• Only un-tampered products in original condition can be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
• Original receipt will be required for processing the return/refund.
• Customer will pay the return courier charges.
